Single family house, Stockholm Näsbypark

A slightly hilly and grown up garden-lot has given birth to a plastered stone house with sharp contours and unexpected room formations. By placing common rooms and a terrace uphill, in the back of the garden, the habitants will be able to benefit from a beautiful view of the sea. A partly covered balcony runs along the whole front side of the house, thereby creating an intimate contact with the garden while giving the house its character.
