100 Women: Architects in Practice, RIBA The book "100 Women: Architects in Practice" featuring Rahel Belatchew has been launched. Published by RIBA (The Royal Institute of British Architects), the book celebrates 100 female architects from 79 countries from around the world.

The book showcases “the different worlds, the different forms of architecture, and the site-sensitive approaches,” taking the reader on a true journey around the world of architecture.

“It was really enjoyable to meet both the authors and the participating architects from different parts of the world. During the panel discussion that followed, there was a common thread about creating context and exploring new ways to operate as an architect”, says Rahel Belatchew.

The book took three years to compile, aiming to highlight talented female architects and their influence on global architecture. We are confident that this book will be a fantastic source of insights and inspiration. In addition to Rahel Belatchew, Scandinavia was also represented by architects from Finland and Denmark.

Congratulations to all the architects featured in the book, and thanks to RIBA for showcasing these diverse perspectives within architecture.

Special thanks to the authors Dr. Harriet Harriss, Naomi House, Monika Parrinder, and Tom Ravenscroft, as well as Alison Brooks for the foreword.
