We are starting up our internal Sustainability School

Målet är att höja allas kunskap till en lägsta nivå som är hög.

We already have very good competence in climate and energy calculations, which we already do in the early stages and which we update in real time. That is where we can do the most good, at the first decisive decisions.

But not just individual experts, but everyone who is part of Belatchew – regardless of role – we think we should have a high level of knowledge about how we as an agency can contribute to reducing the climate footprint of our projects.

During the autumn, we will tackle the issue from different points of view. We will talk about measurability, holistic perspective, material selection, energy and system selection, etc.

This is part of the Belatchew Academy where we have several in-house training courses to support our team to grow and develop – as professionals and as individuals.
