P\u00e5 varje v\u00e5ningsplan finns studentbost\u00e4der f\u00f6r b\u00e5de en och tv\u00e5 personer. H\u00e4rifr\u00e5n kan studenterna med cykel ta sig till Kista och med tunnelbanan som ligger precis invid tornet n\u00e5r man snabbt alla delar av Stockholm. Husets fasad g\u00e5r i skiftande toner i gr\u00f6n nyans och ger ett levande intryck.<\/p>\n<p>J\u00e4rvalyftet \u00e4r en l\u00e5ngsiktig investering f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra levnadsvillkoren i stadsdelarna kring J\u00e4rvaf\u00e4ltet: Akalla, Hjulsta, Husby, Kista, Rinkeby och Tensta. M\u00e5ls\u00e4ttningen \u00e4r att genom medverkan fr\u00e5n boende och samverkan med andra parter skapa en positiv social och ekonomisk utveckling som g\u00f6r J\u00e4rva till ett omr\u00e5de dit m\u00e5nga vill flytta \u2013 och stanna kvar.
