Land Allocation Competition Tyresö, Stockholm

Belatchew Arkitekter has, on behalf of Sveafastigheter Utveckling, designed the winning proposal for the land allocation competition for the first phase of the Wättinge area, the next major development area of Tyresö Municipality.

The winning proposal, which is planned in connection with the Tyresö Center next to Farmarstigen, east of the Granängsringen, contains a total of seven buildings of varying character and comprises about 150 apartments, mainly with condominiums.
