Conversation 2 :: Urban Planning
Belatchew is celebrating its 20th anniversary—a milestone we will be honoring throughout 2026. To mark the occasion, we are launching a series of conversations where experience, ideas, and challenges meet. Over the course of the year, we invite you to join us in reflection and dialogue as we look back at our journey, assess the present, and, above all, look toward the future.

The theme for Conversation 2 is Urban Planning. How do we create an attractive city, and what does that demand of the urban structure? Are we on the right track with how we plan new districts today? What can we learn from history, what does the latest research suggest, and what will the city of tomorrow look like?We look forward to exploring these and other questions related to urban organization and planning in a conversation between Martin Rörby and Rahel Belatchew, joined by guest Lars Marcus, architect and Professor of Urban Planning.
Time: Wednesday, March 25, 16:30–19:00
Location: Alsnögatan 12, Södermalm
Please note: This conversation will be conducted in Swedish.
